  • Collection from our showroom: Free
  • £6.00 + VAT : for orders under £25.00: I’m very fussy on delivery and like to use the Royal mail 48-hour signed for service at this cost.
  • £8.99 + VAT : for orders from £25.01 up to £249.99: Again, I’m still fussy and like to use a next day (not guaranteed) tracked delivery for this cost.
  • Orders over £250.00: Free delivery and we will use the best next day (not guaranteed) tracked delivery.

Timescales

We will endeavour to process and dispatch orders within one week of receiving your order. On some occasions your order may take longer – For example it’s a bespoke item, there is a very large quantity or there is a longer time to get stock for your chosen item(s). If you have a specific deadline, please leave a note in the box shown at the Basket page. If this is the case we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. When you receive a proof of your engraving design, please check and confirm ASAP once received to avoid delays.

Notes

Standard delivery days (also referred to as working days) are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries are available however, please contact us or call 0121 354 1019 and we will arrange this. Please note an extra fee is applicable for Saturday deliveries.
